WBBROC have been holding meetings quarterly and these meetings are attended by the WBBROC Mayors, Deputy Mayors (or delegated Councillors) and CEOs, who currently make up the Board of WBBROC.
Local Members of Parliament have been extended an open invitation to attend these meetings. WBBROC also seeks to meet with Government Ministers to advocate for the region.
WBBROC is an incorporated association and meets according to the rules of the organisation.
